S&B Steelhoard is a fully re-usable, continuous site enclosure system, offering a cost effective alternative to traditional timber hoarding.
Composite Design
The radical design of Steelhoard incorporates several unique features to ensure installation is fast and straightforward.
The system is fabricated on site from heavy-duty sheets, channels and posts, which rapidly assemble into a robust, durable hoarding.
Installation
Driven ground spikes or spiggotts are concreted in to the ground along the desired line of the hoarding and the galvanised ports and channels are erected to form a framework. Heavy-duty box profile sheets are then installed between the top and bottom channels, resulting in a clean continuous series of cladded elevations. The unique design allows very fast installation and dismantling times providing a private, secure enclosure without the need for follow on trades.

The systems' flexible design, and a full range of ancillaries, ensures that Steelhoard can fulfil virtually all site requirements. Accessories include heavy-duty gates, personnel doors, barbed wire extensions and freestanding kentledge kits where ground penetration is not permitted, such as runways and shopping malls.

Cost Effective
Steelhoards cost effectiveness is a result of the systems high re-use factor, offering contractors the ability to relocate hoarding onto subsequent contracts, as they do with site cabins and storage units.
The heavy-duty 0.85mm thick box profile sheets provide a natural overlap, negating the need for expensive joint fixings. Maintenance is kept to a minimum as the tough polyester powder coating can be periodically washed down, whilst the corrugated profile has the advantage of deterring bill posting and forms a difficult surface for graffiti artists.
CONTRACT HIRE
Both Steelhoard and MINI Steelhoard can now be contract hired as with the rest of the S&B hoarding range. Contract hire allows customers to hire the most superior hoarding system at rates comparable with timber and other inferior steel sytems available.
Supply and distribution
Steelhoard can be supplied worldwide. In Europe we have appointed the World's largest fencing contractor as approved agents who can offer sale, hire, supply, installation and relocation services. The composite system ensures that all components fall within the EEC lifting regulations and storage space is minimal, with up to 500m being transportable in one load.
